Having served on active duty in the Navy for 8 years and with Windermere on Whidbey Island for over 17 years, Craig understands military family needs and every aspect of relocating. With over 800 properties sold, Craig's experience and knowledge in the real estate market will make your move a smooth transition.
 

Real Estate Education
 
Craig is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by less than 4% of the agents nationally. Craig is a Certified Relocation Specialist which adds a greater skill level of care for any of his clients that are moving to or from Whidbey Island. Craig also has earned his Internet Marketing Specialist(IMS) designation. Contact us for a relocation package or if we can be of assistance with the sale of your home or property. Recently, Craig received his Certified Negotiation Expert(CNE) designation, which will enable him to better assist his clients in putting transactions together with the terms that are best for my clients! For Sellers, I, also, have the ASP, ASR, and ALHS designations. They are an Accredited Staging Professional, Accredited Seller's Representative, and an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist respectively. They all go hand in hand with giving my Sellers expert counsel so they have the best chance in the sale of their property in today's tough environment!
